This class comprises establishments principally engaged in scouring, degumming, bleaching, dyeing and finishing quasi -cotton fibers, yarns, woven fabrics, knit, lace, miscellaneous textiles, and others, or carrying out other similar processes. Machine dyed and finished textiles refers to those for which the processes of scouring, degumming, bleaching, dip-dyeing, printing and finishing are carried out mechanically. Hand-processed dyed and finished textiles refers to those for which the processes of scouring, degumming, bleaching, dip -dyeing, and printing are principally carried out by hand. These are not recognized as machine dyed and finished textiles, even if their finishing process is carried out mechanically.
